Late of Childers. Passed away on Sunday, 18th August 2019, aged 18 years.
Cherished Son of Jeanne and Craig. Much loved Brother and Brother-in-law of Summer and Zac.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service for Thomas to be held at the Apple Tree Creek Hall on Tuesday, 27th August 2019, commencing at 10 am, followed by a private cremation.
