Late of Bundaberg, formerly of Childers. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 6th April 2021, aged 58 years.

Much loved Husband of Tina. Loving Father of Zach and Kyle. Adored Son of Martin (dec’d) and Jan. Cherished Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle of his extended family.

A private funeral service will be held for Guy next week.
