Late of Woodgate Beach.  Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 23 May 2018, aged 87 years.

Devoted husband of Valerie (dec’d).  Beloved Father, Father-in-law of Anne, Kevin and Alwyn, Sue and Ian. Much loved Grandfather of Katherine, Mark, Karl, Max and Louis.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Jack’s life to be held at the Woodgate Beach Community Hall on Monday 28 May, 2018 commencing at 11:00 am, followed by interment at the Childers Lawn Cemetery.

As Jack was an avid gardener, he requested home grown flowers only. Further, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Queensland Cancer Council.  Envelopes available at the service.
