The compassion, the personal touch that makes it feel like you are not just a number.  Fred and his team went above and beyond to give us the goodbyes and farewell that we needed for closure.  To give my husband , our three girls and their children what was taken away from us.  The professionalism and care shown at all times -before, during and after – was impeccable.  Marie
