Late of Apple Tree Creek, formerly of Gayndah and Gladstone. Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, 12 October 2017, aged 73 years.

Devoted Husband of Joyce. Much loved Father and Father-in-law of Russell (dec’d), Belinda, Jen and Matt. Loving Grandad of B-J, Sharn, Kyle, Anne, Kurt, Samantha and Eli.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of Jeff’s life to be held at the Apple Tree Creek Hall on Friday, 20 October 2017 commencing at 11 am, followed by a private cremation.
