Late of Woodgate Beach, formerly of Boonah. Passed away peacefully on Monday, 4 January 2021, aged 82 years.

Much loved Husband of Heather. Loving Father of Sue, Kim, James, Prue, Stef, Melissa. Adored Grandfather of Michelle, Ben, Lucy, Mackenzie, Tallon and Great-Grandfather of Asher and Kade. Beloved Brother of Sandy, Anne. Loving Uncle of Kelly.

A funeral Service for Jim will be held at the Woodgate Community Hall on Tuesday, 12th January 2021, commencing at 10am, followed by a private cremation.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the numbers in attendance will be restricted to 200. Social distancing and hand sanitising is essential. The funeral service will be live streamed and those wishing to participate will need to contact Childers-Woodgate Funeral Services on admin@jenlesley.com.au.
