Five Star Service
“Everyone was extremely caring and efficient, always accessible for help and guidance. I could not have gotten through an extremely difficult time without the staff. Every request was met with kind consideration and assistance, before, during and after the funeral and cremation. Even in the week following with phone calls to check on my Dad and the family. I would highly recommend this service to everyone.” W
Thank You from the Scott Family
Fred and Shirley have been the most accommodating, compassionate yet incredibly professional people to have walking beside us in this time of loss. Light and refreshing when needed and yet down to earth and serious when it mattered. They have made the journey bearable and stress free where they are able to and carried the load when they could. They treated Graham/Dad with dignity and respect and cared for him well when we entrusted them with his care. Whilst no-one enjoys going through this aspect of life/death, we can’t think of anyone we would rather have journeying with us at this time.

“I would rate your services as 5 stars in all of the categories – quality, service, value. Fred had a wonderful approach to working through the funeral arrangements. His compassionate yet grounded and practical approach meant we were able to work through the immediate decisions following the loss of dad without being overwhelmed with emotion and our grief. He took all of the burden out of the immediate administration required, and helped us move through the decisions about the funeral and service smoothly. I really appreciated Fred communicating the respect and dignity with which dad would be treated when in your care. It was also lovely that you knew dad. Your use of technology made it really easy to exchange and prepare material for the service, particularly as we had contributions from multiple sources due to the travel restrictions and people being unable to be there in person. And you were very supportive and accommodating as we pulled this together. Communication and attention to detail from the staff was wonderful throughout, and the design of the service sheet was lovely. We really felt confident that we were in good hands with you all. On the day, the set up at the graveside was excellent, the presentation of staff was excellent, and the conduct of the service faultless. The parts of the service not written / chosen by us were very appropriate and fitting. The live streaming process was excellent – the link was easy to share and worked seamlessly, and we had lots of comments afterwards about the excellent quality of the streaming. It was so important for us to have access to this option given the wide distribution of dad’s family and friends and inability to travel, and it was very touching and supportive for our family to get lots of messages from people who joined on online.” Anon
